Fireplace was delivered on time and well packaged. It is a centre piece on our main living room wall and looks fantastic. All the flame settings give a warm glow to the lounge and the spotlights just set the unit off. Great piece of kit with the glass frontage and simple to install ,just by plugging in to socket. A special mention to 'Ben' in customer service at Radiance for his help and professionalism. Good company to deal with and no complaints.

This fire is perfect for the space we needed for. It’s not the hottest heater but it’s mostly used for the ambiance as opposed to the heat it gives off and we do have quite a large living room, it will probably be more effective in a smaller room. It comes with a remote control although it’s more user friendly to use the controls on the heater. The variety of colours is great and it looks more expensive that it cost. Swift delivery from this company and would recommend.

The best electric fire suite that we have ever bought. The flame effect is so realistic and crystals appear to glow, when the fire is off it looks as though the logs are sitting on a bed of ash.

The fire is just what I wanted in my flat - cosy and modern. Heavy so not cheaply made, responds well with the remote and gives a very realistic flame - I feel warm even without the heat! The two heat settings are excellent.

It was delivered on time, very well packed.I am so pleased about how it looks on my reception and the fire looks so real.It is also heating up quickly and turning off once it's reaching the set up temperature.Thought it is too low, but it is just right height. Highly recommend it.

After a lot of research looking for a fire with no trim and also only a slim depth we found this. Searched the web and found Radiance fireplaces, rang them for advice and received fabulous customer service. Had left the ordering until the last minute as had struggled to decide and they went above and beyond by contacting Celsi on our behalf to try to ensure the fire arrived in time for fitting on our arranged date. Fantastic service and wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend both the fire and Radiance fireplaces. The fire is fitted and our ‘project’ finished and it looks wonderful. So much so our daughter cancelled a fire she was waiting for and ordered the same fire from Radiance fireplaces. We also received as an absolute bonus a complementary fireside lantern which is also lovely, It even included the batteries making it ready to use straight away. Thank you so much.

I am particularly happy with the customer service received from Radiance Fireplaces. I ordered online on Tuesday and received my new fire by Thursday the same week, and I live in Scotland. My fire was easy to fit and works a treat. I did a lot of research and it seems to have paid off as the heater is a whisper quiet one and the flame effect is excellent. I would recommend this fire.
