Delivery Times

Delivery times vary considerably depending on the type of Electric Fire you have ordered. Generally, the larger the Fire/Fireplace, the longer it will take to be delivered. 

Due to the size of some of the large Fireplace Suites, they are not always pre-built and are instead, built to order.

If the Fireplace Suite is not pre-built, the parts to make the suite are almost always in stock and so they are usually built within 2-4 weeks.

Delivery to your room of choice 

We use a specialist courier service for the delivery of our fireplace suites. The free service offers a two man delivery team who will deliver to your room of choice. They can usually deliver to apartments too but please warn us beforehand if it is hard to access.

Delivery outside UK Mainland 

If you live outside the UK mainland, it isn't always possible for us to deliver to you but if we can, it will usually incur an extra delivery charge. 

Northern Ireland

We can deliver most Fireplace Suites to Northern Ireland but it will incur a shipping fee which can be paid at checkout.
